Executive Assistant

About Us:

Yosemite Foothills is a Social Media Marketing company supporting the local community, Everything Beyond Yosemite. We’re looking for a creative, highly organized Executive Assistant to help manage content, optimize processes, and bring our vision to life.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with photo and video editing using Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and other editing software.
  • Shoot and edit engaging content (must have your own camera).
  • Collaborate on content creation for social media and community-focused projects.
  • Schedule, organize, and manage project planning to keep things on track.
  • Help develop systems and processes for improved communication and efficiency.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism.


Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software.
  • Experience with video editing suites (please specify in your application) and examples of videos you’ve created.
  • Ability to shoot high-quality content and edit creatively.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent social and communication skills.
  • Passion for supporting the local community.
  • Must be available for a hybrid work arrangement (remote and on-site in Oakhurst, CA).
